Hogar Álamos
A care home in San Justo, told so it reads like a house and not an institution

01The brief
Álamos I is a care home in San Justo, in the La Matanza district, with more than thirty years of work behind it. The people who look for it are families making a decision they don't want to get wrong, and the sector's sites tend to look either clinical or cheap. The new site had to show what the home is the moment it loads, and the home never publishes prices: every enquiry gets a personal answer.
02The approach
We designed and built a single-page site, dense rather than empty: a photograph in the hero so the sector reads at a glance, continuous line illustrations for the rest, chips with icons and short facts that can be checked. Dark teal is the brand and cream is the material of the cards, with gold kept for the calls to action. The enquiry form sends the lead straight to the home and offers WhatsApp as a fallback, and dedicated landing pages for the ad campaigns carry no clinical vocabulary and no prices.
03The outcome
The site is live on the home's own domain, approved by the client and running on its hosting. Families find the 24-hour cover, the visiting policy and how to arrange a visit in the first screen, and the ad campaigns land on pages built for them instead of on the home page.
