01The brief
A real estate studio that names itself Bauhaus has to earn it. The brand needed structure and clarity in every touchpoint, from the sign on the door to the property listings, and the team needed to keep publishing on their own once the project ended.
02The approach
We built a clean, modern identity shaped by Bauhaus design principles: geometric mark, strict grid, a palette that stays out of the way of the photography. From there came the stationery, the signage, and a real estate site with property management built in, so listings can be added and updated without touching the design.
03The outcome
The studio ended up with a full system rather than a logo: branding, print, signage, a working site and social media templates with design guidelines that say how to use them. Structure, clarity and enough autonomy to run the brand day to day without a designer on call.
