01The brief
Businesses with monthly subscribers, like music schools, care homes or accounting firms, get paid by bank transfer and receive the receipt over WhatsApp, mixed in with everything else. On the first working day of the month the owner cross-checks the bank against the receipts and a spreadsheet, guesses who is behind and writes to each one by hand. Local tools aim at another customer: they collect through a payment gateway and take a fee.
02The approach
Every morning Al Día builds the queue: who to remind, who to chase and with what text. Nothing goes out on its own: approving a message opens the owner's own WhatsApp with the text ready, and they press send. Each subscriber has a personal link to see what they owe and upload the receipt, which gets read (amount, date, bank, operation number); Al Día proposes who it belongs to and the owner confirms. A core with no industry built in, and industries as templates: vocabulary, tone and calendar change without touching a screen.
03The outcome
A finished product, verified end to end with a demo of three invented businesses: a music school, a care home and an accounting firm. It never touches the money and charges no commission: it shows the business's own bank alias and records what already came in. Confirming a payment issues a branded receipt, and the month close exports to CSV for the accountant.
